Site Measurement

We then measure the existing condition of the property for accurate measurements.

Design Plans

We create a draft of the proposed plans based off the existing conditions on the plans.

Plan Submittal

After the proposed plans are complete, we will submit the construction ready plans to the city for permit approval.

Concept 3D Block Render

After confirming the proposed plans, we then generate a 3D Block model to help you visualize your proposed project ideas.

Pre-construction Meeting and Construction Oversight

We will have a pre-construction meeting with the contractor and the property owner to discuss the intentions of the plans. As the project progresses, we will be at the job site to oversight the on-going construction during major checkpoints per request.

Construction Permit

A Construction Permit can only be obtained by the Property Owner or by the Licensed Contractor.
